About the author
Michael Jackson lives in Alabama and has been negotiating and fixing all sorts of situations in the United States, Japan, Canada and Mexico for almost 25 years. His negotiating skills and some of his negotiating methods have resulted in a very memorable and lasting reputation. He’s married, with three children and two step-grandchildren.

When I first began to read this book I thought, as I am sure most people do, that I was a pretty good negotiator. I have had success in personal negotiations and business to business sales negotiations as a sales professional so I was reading to find some fresh strategies to help in my day to day. What I found is a whole new level of negotiation that I never knew existed detailed in this book. You will find yourself mentally noting some of these strategies as must use and laughing out loud at others you could never pull off because of personality limitations but would love to be in the room when someone else attempted it. It is obvious this author has this type of personality and has used these strategies. These stories provide entertainment value to an otherwise educational book.This is a must read for any sales professional, purchasing professional, or average Joe that wants to get a better deal on a used car. There is a little something for everyone in this book.
