This book gives a lot of insight in to the mind of a person suffering from relationship abuse. It helps bring awareness to individuals who do not understand the dynamics of an abusive relationship. This book also provides a resource for people who have been victims of abuse or violence to show them that they are not alone. I really enjoyed it and thought it was an easy read.
